Register Early
Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. Although
you may join our classes at any time, please register early
since
class sizes are limited and many fill quickly. Registering early
will also ensure that we will have your child's materials
for you
at your first class. A minimum of four students is needed
or the class will be cancelled. |

Enrollment Confirmation
A registration form and payment of registration fee only must be received before enrollment can be confirmed. Every attempt will be made to place families according to their first choice for day/time slot. However, entering a second choice increases your chances for placement at a day/time which is of your choosing and convenient for you as well. If your first choice is unavailable upon receipt of your registration, you will automatically be placed in your second choice slot. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will place your family on a waiting list or offer a full refund. You will receive an email or phone confirmation once your registration has been received.

Choosing a Class
The age recommendations outlined for Kindermusik
classes have been carefully constructed to best group children
in an age and developmentally appropriate way. Therefore, it
is
important that your child be at least the minimum age by
the start of the semester for the class in which you are enrolling.
If you have concerns about your child's success in a particular
age range, we are happy to discuss your child's needs and work
with
you to place your child in an appropriate class. |

Fees: Registration and Tuition
The registration fee reserves a place for your child in the class
of your choice and is non-refundable. It includes the cost of
high quality home materials (with
shipping and handling) from Kindermusik International.
This fee is paid when the registration form is submitted. Materials
are intended to accompany the Kindermusik classroom experience
and will not be distributed to anyone not attending classes.
The total cost includes the registration
fee and tuition. Balance is due prior to the first class. Enrollment
in a Kindermusik class is for the entire session. |

Sibling Discount
For families who enroll more than one child in the same semester. Receive $20 Family Discount off Tuition for 2 children, $30 for three, etc.
Sibling Kit/Repeat Kit Only
If you have the CD's and literature books from a prior sibling enrollment then check this box to receive the sibling discount off
of tuition — Village $25, Our Time $20, Imagine That $25, Young Child $30
Sign-up a Friend
Register a friend (NEW to Musical Pathways) and receive a $13 referral award toward a future semester with Musical Pathways. NO limit!

at (608) 850-4854 with the names of the visitors (parent and
child) so that she can monitor the number of visitors per class.

Make-up Classes
The
structure of our program prohibits allowing an open policy for make-ups.
Make-up classes are handled on an individual basis. Please contact

Non-enrolled Siblings
Due to limited class sizes and the goal of
one-on-one parent/child interaction, we ask that those enrolled
in Village and Our
Time classes make arrangements for siblings during weekly
class times. An exception can be made when the sibling is young
enough to be content in a car carrier or stroller. Please discuss
this with your teacher or email us with questions or concerns. |

Refunds
Tuition
refunds or credit vouchers may be given if there are extenuating
circumstances requiring withdrawal from class. All refund requests
will be considered on an individual basis. The registration fee
and a $20 processing fee are non-refundable. |

a free visit in one of our classes. Please contact
